The Toronto Community Hep C Program and the Gardiner Museum would like to invite you to The Face of Our Story, an exhibition featuring the collective work of 18 artists in celebration of World Hepatitis Day. The Face of Our Story details the artists' unique experiences with hepatitis C through clay sculpture, celebrating their stories, but also honouring all those whose lives have been touched by hepatitis C.

Explorations in the City: Where Play meets Art, Education, and Design

Thursday August 4, 6 - 8 pm

This panel will focus on the role that exploration has in city building and will ask panelists representing a diversity of perspectives (political, design, education, and art curation) to join the conversation about the role that creative forms of exploration could and should play in both urban design and the city planning process. The panelists include Kristyn Wong-Tam, City Councillor of Ward 27; Adam Nicklin, partner and co-founder of Public Work, an award winning urban design and landscape architecture firm; Josh Fullan, educator, consultant and founder of Maximum City; and Janine Marchessault, public art curator and Professor of Media Studies at York University.
