Combo and Slip Casting Class (Monday Evening)

Mondays October 17 to December 5, 6 to 9 pm

This course is an introduction to various clay hand building and wheel throwing techniques. Students will also explore slip casting, press molding and new glazing techniques using earthenware clay.

This combination class will use stoneware clay, a high-fired non-porous clay durable for all kinds of uses, to create decorative, functional, or sculptural pieces.

Holiday Workshop

Holiday Workshop

Saturdays December 3 from 2 - 4 pm (making), and December 10 from 2 - 3:30 pm (glazing)

Spend a relaxing afternoon during the holiday season, all the while hand-building a gift for a loved one out of clay. Come on your own or with family members. On the second visit, glaze your piece with a wide choice colours.
