Every Sunday

Free with Admission

Ever wonder what to do on a Sunday?  Well look no further, bring the whole family to the museum an participate in a variety of activities. Activities are free with admission. Kids under 12 are always free (with the accompaniment of an adult).


First Sunday of Every Month
 
Fun with clay !  10am - 12pm

Work with a ceramic artist in the lobby and create with clay.


Second Sunday of Every Month
 
Thematic paper crafts in the lobby  1 pm - 4 pm

Join one of our artists and make wacky and wonderful things with a variety of materials.


Third Sunday of every month
 
Guided Kids Tour  1 pm - 4 pm

Visit with one of our docents and learn something new about the collection. You may even get the chance to handle some real artifacts!


fourth Sunday of every month
 
Sit back, relax and prepare to be entertained!  1 - 4 pm

Visiting musicians and storytellers put on a show. Sing or dance along if you wish, fun for the whole family!


Upcoming Family Days:


JUNE  2    CLAY  10 am - 12pm

This month celebrates the first sighting of a U.F.O.  With a professional potter, make your own galactic spaceship.  Join us this Sunday for the clay workshop from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the front lobby.


JUNE 9    CRAFTS   1 - 4 pm

The sunny weather has finally arrived and it’s a great time to go kite flying.  Make a paper craft kite with professional artist Nahum.  


JUNE 16   VOLUNTEER GUIDED ACTIVITY  1 - 4 pm

Happy Father’s Day!  In honor of this day make a paper craft card with one our Gardiner Volunteers.  It will be a card he won’t forget.


JUNE 23    concert   1 - 4 pm 

Enjoy music? Find out who our featured musician of the month is by joining us this Sunday for our Family Day Concert.


JUNE 30    SCAVENGER HUNT & PASSPORT   1 - 4 pm 

Receive a Summer Edition Scavenger Hunt booklet at the front desk.  Complete it and receive a stamp in your passport.   Remember to keep your passport as they will come in handy for future use. Details inside.
