Ever wonder what to do on a Sunday? Well look no further, bring the whole family to the museum an participate in a variety of activities. Activities are free with admission. Kids under 12 are always free (with the accompaniment of an adult).

First Sunday of Every Month
Fun with clay ! 10am - 12pm

Work with a ceramic artist in the lobby and create with clay.

Second Sunday of Every Month
Thematic paper crafts in the lobby 1 pm - 4 pm

Join one of our artists and make wacky and wonderful things with a variety of materials.

Third Sunday of every month
Guided Kids Tour 1 pm - 4 pm

Visit with one of our docents and learn something new about the collection. You may even get the chance to handle some real artifacts!

fourth Sunday of every month
Sit back, relax and prepare to be entertained! 1 - 4 pm

Visiting musicians and storytellers put on a show. Sing or dance along if you wish, fun for the whole family!

Upcoming Family Days:

May 13 Crafts with Nahum! 1 - 4 pm

Join Nahum in the Lobby and create a beautiful Mother’s day card to give to your Mum. Work with colourful paper, pipe cleaners, sparkles and much more!

May 20 Kids docent Tour and Activity 1 - 4 pm

Join specially trained volunteer Jean as she tours you around the museum and opens your eyes to its secrets. Following the tour join Jean for a fun craft in the lobby!

may 27 Concert/ entertaiment 10 am - 12 pm

Join us for the afternoon and be regaled by various performers from Soundstreams. This musical ensemble will entertain you and your family with several participatory activities!

June 3 clay table 10 am - 12 pm

Can you believe it? Summer is just around the corner! Join one of our potters from 10am- 12pm and make your own fantastic creature out of clay! Use different hand building techniques to add texture. Take your new friend home with you to enjoy!
