Are you centered and open to the energy of joy?
We all possess a deep connection with clay, the earth, and each other. In this two-hour workshop, participants will explore simple physical practices with clay, using our sense of touch and breath exercises to bring us into the present moment while simultaneously deepening and expanding our awareness that we are all related.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay not being attached to the product we create. At the end of the workshop we return the clay to its original form letting go of what was created ready to begin anew.
This workshop welcomes everyone whether your experience is new or familiar with clay, breath and presence.
