CLAYming Interconnectedness: Here and Now

Learn & Make / Adult Classes / CLAYming Interconnectedness: Here and Now

Tuesday October 10, 2023
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Are you centered and open to the energy of joy? We all possess a deep connection with clay, the earth, and each other. In this two-hour workshop, explore simple physical practices with clay, using your sense of touch and breath exercises to bring yourself into the present moment while simultaneously deepening and expanding your awareness that we are all related.

The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay and the act of reclamation. At the end of each workshop, the clay will be returned to its original form, letting go of what was created, ready to begin anew. This workshop welcomes participants of all skill levels.
