Touch is immediate. It can only happen in the here and now. In this two-hour workshop, participants will engage is clay exercises designed to call attention to habits of belief, judgments, and the stories we tell ourselves. With self-compassion, we will create possibilities to loosen their hold on us by working with the malleability of clay.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay not being attached to the product we create. At the end of the workshop we return the clay to its original form letting go of what was created ready to begin anew.
This workshop welcomes everyone whether your experience is new or familiar with clay, breath and presence.
