In this combination class, use stoneware clay to create decorative, functional, or sculptural pieces. Stoneware is a high-fired, non-porous clay suitable for all kinds of uses.

• Stoneware clay
• $30 per bag of clay (10 kg)
• Hand building and wheel throwing (6 wheels available for use)
• Decorating techniques including slipwork, sgraffito, mishima (inlay), carving, sprigging, cuerda seca, stenciling, resist, and image transfer
• Dipping and commercial brushing glazes

Health & Safety

• Our class sizes have been reduced and the distance between participants at tables and wheels has been increased to allow for physical distancing
• You MUST wear a mask during class
• Studios are sanitized between classes
• Hand sanitizer is available for your use
• If you want to use an apron, please bring one from home. Alternatively, you can purchase a disposable apron for $1
• There are no make-up classes. Please make sure the course you choose works with your schedule.
