This course is an introduction to various clay hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques using stoneware clay. Students will also explore slip-casting and press-moulding using existing moulds, and experiment with new glazing techniques. There is an additional fee of $30 per bag of stoneware clay (10 kg).

Audrey Mah is a contemporary ceramist. She graduated from the University of Waterloo where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts. She continued her studies in ceramic design at the Ontario College of Art where she received a scholarship.
