Clay grounds us and connects us to our shared humanity and to the earth. In this two-hour workshop, participants will tap into a spirit of play and wonder, and engage in a series of clay exercises designed to harness the power of breath and activate the present moment.
Experience the joy of one body, one breath, one moment with clay.
The emphasis will be on the process of working with clay and the act of reclamation. At the end of each workshop, the clay will be returned to its original form, letting go of what was created, ready to begin anew.
This workshop welcomes participants of all experience levels.
