Biko: Droplet Collar Necklace in Silver

Description

Biko’s State of Flow collection is inspired by the rolling streams, rivers and lakes.  The droplet links are hand-casted and polished with a mirror finish. Wear it long or short, the necklace includes a 2 inch extender.  Each piece will slightly vary in colour, pattern, size and weight.

Care & Use: One’s moisture and acidity of skin (PH balance) can cause plated jewelry to lose its lustre with time.  Remove plated jewelry before doing physical activity (working out, swimming, showering).  This will help prevent humidity from altering the jewelry.  Perfumes, creams, lotions, soaps and makeup all contain ingredients that can affect the finish of your jewelry.  Always make sure your jewels on the go last.

Biko: Corrine Anestopoulos

Born and raised in Toronto, Corrine Anestopoulos is inspired by nature, contemporary design and exotic heirlooms from around the world. Behind Biko, Corrine has become an inspirational entrepreneur, mentor and colleague to many creative businesses in North America. Corrine graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Design in Image Arts from Ryerson University. Her artistry combines a high attention to detail, hand-selected assorted materials and symbolic design elements. Each piece she creates is both modern and timeless, combining wearable everyday pieces with beautiful editorial works of art. Corrine looks forward to continuing to share her artistry and bring everyday beauty to her customers' lives. Biko is honoured to have been nominated for the Canadian Arts & Fashion Accessory Designer of the Year Award for the last three consecutive years - 2018, 2019 and 2020.
