Corinne Lawless is a self-taught ceramicist who spent over a decade teaching English and traveling through Asia before becoming an artist. In 2018, she attended her first pottery workshop at Goodman Arts Centre in Singapore as a way to reconnect with herself after starting a family. Later in 2018, she moved back to Toronto, Canada and continued to take pottery classes and study glaze chemistry. She is currently located in Sable River, Nova Scotia where she has a new studio and gallery space and continues to experiment with different clays, glaze formulations and firing temperatures.
