On now! Yoko Ono is a forerunner of Conceptual art who frequently involves collaboration, audience participation, and social activism in her artwork. YOKO ONO: THE RIVERBED is a three-part interactive exhibition that invites visitors to collaborate with the artist, the museum, and each other.
As part of the exhibition YOKO ONO: THE RIVERBED, this screening and performance event draws inspiration from Ono's early Fluxus films, and features new work by local artists Myung-Sun Kim and Julieta Maria. Tickets include exhibition admission.
The Gardiner Museum is among the few museums in the world focused on ceramics, and is one of the most important specialty museums internationally. It houses approximately 4,000 objects, including European porcelain, ceramics from the Ancient Americas, Chinese porcelain, Japanese porcelain, and contemporary ceramics.
