For Ages 4+
What story do you want to bring to your bookshelf? In this clay class for families, learn to create your own decorative bookends from our Artist in Residence Martina Lantin. Your bookends will narrate a story modeled in clay—a fairy tale you love, a favorite bedtime story, or any story that is special to your family.
Each ticket admits one adult and one child working together to create 1-2 bookends. All materials and firing are included.

Instructor
Martina Lantin
Born in Montreal, Martina Lantin received her Master of Fine Art from NSCAD University. Her work has been included in numerous juried and invitational exhibitions, including BorderLINE: 2020 Biennial of Contemporary Art, Art Gallery of Alberta; and The Pots and Passion of Walter Ostrom at the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia. She is also an Associate Professor at Alberta University of the Arts.
