Chayle Bowen: Chayle Jewellery Studio
Chayle Bowen is the owner and designer behind Chayle Jewellery Studio. She is a Canadian artist based in Ottawa, Ontario with a BFA from NSCAD University specializing in jewellery, printmaking, and book arts. Her work as an artist goldsmith combines her passion for traditional metalsmithing and minimalist design. The resulting pieces are graceful but bold, and emphasize the contours and negative spaces within the body. Comfort and wear-ability is always at the forefront of thought. All gold and silver is sourced from refineries which work towards sustainable practices by producing metal from 100% recycled sources. The gemstones within each collection are from Fair Trade Sapphire mines and Canadian Diamond mines. Clients can be assured that their jewellery is ethical and environmentally conscious.

Alejandra Vera for Cuir Ceramics
Cuir ceramics studio was started by Alejandra Vera in Toronto in 2019. The idea for it came while Alejandra was studying ceramics at Escola d’Art La Industrial in Barcelona. The name “cuir” means leather in catalan, which in ceramics, is the state at which the piece is half dry and ready to be completely formed and decorated; a stage of change when the piece reveals its true nature. Alejandra is an interdisciplinary artist interested in art, craft, and design. She has a BFA from NSCAD University in fine arts, an MFA from the University of Barcelona.
