Once you submit this form, you will be contacted to confirm your booking. Booking requests must be received at least three (3) weeks in advance of the requested date of class. A deposit of $150 is required upon booking. Final payment is due in full on the day of your visit.

- Hand Building: With the guidance of one of our artist educators, create clay forms using techniques such as coiling, casting, slab work, and pinch pots. A great choice for experimenting and learning more about clay. For all levels. $600
- Wheel Throwing: Bowls, vases, plates, and more! Expect a hands-on experience guided by one of our artist educators. Learn to throw clay into different shapes and forms using a pottery wheel. A great choice for exploring a new skill and enjoying a creative experience. Suitable for all levels, but can be more challenging for beginners. $600
- Art Therapy: Work with a licensed art therapist to practice mindfulness and breathing exercises, aided by the physical practice of hand building with clay to improve overall wellbeing. This class has limited availability. $750
- Glazing: Book a follow-up glazing class to add some colour to your fired works. Please note: This class can only be booked following a previous hand building or wheel throwing class. $200

Please note: We have classes 7 days a week during museum hours and our studios remain busy. We will try our best to accommodate your preferences and will be in touch to confirm your booking or coordinate an alternative time.

Would you like your pieces fired?*
Firing is the process by which the works you create in your class are brought up to high temperatures in a kiln to transform them into hardened and durable forms. There are kilns on site at the museum, and firing the pieces you made during your class is included in the class fee.
- Yes - Your fired pieces will be ready for pickup 2-3 weeks after your class.
- No - Please bring boxes to take your pieces back with you after the class
