Kiefer Floreal makes pottery that aims to balance functional and decorative qualities. He creates functional works that are effective for daily use but also hold presence as an object on its own. His practice and philosophy are guided by his grandmother’s home: a place where use and ornament were never separate.
Please Note: Tall cups come in assorted colour ways of green and blue and vary slightly in size, pattern, and weight. One will be selected for you based on availability.
Care and Use: This piece is food safe, dishwasher safe, and microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended for longevity. Like all handmade ceramics, the work should be protected from sudden temperature changes.
Material: Wheel-thrown, trimmed, and glazed for durability. Soda-fired to bring depth and variation to the surface.
