Description
Mélina Schoenborn creates her works slowly, her process unfolding over several days or even weeks. Every gesture is a tribute to active presence. Each piece reflects the nuances of the world, where fragility and strength, refinement and simplicity coexist —and evoke the fundamental elements of the body and nature: the walls of a dark cave, moss covering stones, a heart, an eye, a rump. Her unglazed pieces pay tribute to the purity of both form and material. The main image shows the large ochre and blue vase to the farthest right.

Care & Use: The collection is not intended for food use. Only vases with an interior glaze can hold water for fresh flowers. Vases without an interior glaze can only hold dried flowers.
